All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
    • Once shipped, delivery times vary based on your selected shipping method.
    • You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been fulfilled.
    • The Lash Vault is not responsible for delays caused by carriers.

Processing Time

Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays).
    • Orders placed after business hours will be processed the next business day.
    • During launches or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Lost or Stolen Packages

The Lash Vault is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been shipped.
    • Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
    • If your package is marked as delivered but not received, contact your local carrier.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
    • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
    • We will review and provide a replacement if applicable.
